At Kitastic, we know how exciting it is to receive something new for your furry friend — and we want to make sure it reaches you quickly and stress-free.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we'll have it packed and ready to ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on your area and carrier performance.

Track Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number so you'll always know exactly where your package is and when to expect it. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
